Refrigerant Recovery Skill Training Held in Nanjing to Empower Waste Appliance Dismantling Industry
A two-day national special training program for refrigerant recovery from waste air conditioners and refrigerators has successfully concluded in Nanjing. Co-organized by the China Circular Economy Association and Nanjing Chunmu Refrigeration Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., the program leverages the association’s industry platform advantages and Chunmu’s professional technical capabilities. It specially recruits participants from enterprises engaged in standardized dismantling and treatment of waste electrical and electronic products.
The training quickly drew wide attention across the sector. Production backbones, equipment maintenance managers and frontline technical leads from waste appliance dismantling companies nationwide gathered in Nanjing. All attendees were on-site industry practitioners, ensuring highly targeted and practical learning outcomes.
Combining Theoretical Learning with Practical Training
The program adopted a well-structured teaching model divided into theoretical lectures and on-site practical sessions. On the first day, instructors built up theoretical foundations, covering core knowledge of household refrigeration systems and routine maintenance of recovery equipment. They analyzed root causes of refrigerant leakage and low recovery efficiency during dismantling, and shared corrective solutions, risk control measures and standardized operating guidelines aligned with industry regulations.
On the second day, all participants visited Chunmu’s standardized production workshop for immersive hands-on training. Instructors demonstrated full-process standard operations with complete professional recovery equipment and troubleshot common pain points including equipment malfunctions and low recovery performance.
Participants actively practiced, exchanged experience and shared best practices. Many commented that the training content was closely linked to real production scenarios, with actionable workflows and efficiency-boosting strategies ready for immediate factory deployment.
