Taixing Meilan Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in September 2005, located in Taixing Economic Development Zone, South Xingang Road, a joint venture of Jiangsu Meilan Group Taizhou Qingsong Refrigeration New Material Co. The company is a joint venture of Jiangsu Meilan Group Taizhou Qingsong Refrigeration New Material Co., Ltd, Taixing City Essence Park Biochemical Co. The construction of the company started in 2005, and the expansion and technical renovation was carried out in 2013, and the current production capacity is 15,000 tons.

Recently Taixing Meilan purchased a refrigerant recovery machine from Nanjing Chunmu for the purpose of recovering refrigerant residue in ball tank after filling. The refrigerant types to be recovered include R32, R134a, R125, R152, and hexafluoropropylene. The company chose the CM-T1800 explosion-proof model with a new second-level energy efficient direct-drive motor.
