It features a high-power oil-free lubricating compressor specially designed for refrigerant recovery, enabling fast recovery of both gas and liquid. With thorough recovery capability, it can achieve a gauge pressure of 0 or lower. Equipped with an air-cooled condenser integrated with a water cooling system, the machine ensures stable operation even in harsh environments. Moreover, the entire machine is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with explosion-proof requirements and has passed the EU ATEX explosion-proof certification, providing reliable safety guarantee for the client's production.
The CM20A multiple-stations refrigerant filling machine is mainly used by the client for filling refrigerants R134a and R410A from ISO or other specification storage tanks into 10L-100L steel cylinders. Integrating multiple functions such as vacuum pumping and filling, the system is controlled by Siemens PLC programming, which is easy to operate and saves labor. With three stations working simultaneously, it boasts high filling efficiency. Adopting a special booster oil-free compressor for refrigerant filling, the CM20A refrigerant filling machine achieves a fast filling speed of 4kg per minute per station. Its filling accuracy can reach 0.5%, and there is no refrigerant loss during the filling process, effectively helping the client reduce production costs.
