This project is a waste heat recovery power generation. Waste heat power generation refers to the technology of converting excess heat in the producing process into electricity, which not only saves energy, but also environment protection. In the project, the condenser and evaporator need to recover and charge refrigerant, the type of refrigerant is 245fa, and the vacuum is required to reach 100pa and the charge amount is about 2 tons each time. It is hoped that the machine with the functions of recovery, charging and vacuum pumping.
The low pressure refrigerant recovery machine that customer knows second generation-scroll compressor, and the vacuum degree is relatively high, can replace the vacuum pump. But the scroll compressor exists a crucial problem difficulty in solving of the gas recovery, that’s the scroll disc internal heating problem, will lead to scroll compressor in the recovery of low pressure media (R245FA/R1233ZD, etc.), due to the heat inside the scroll disc bearing bad, further leading to compressor damage, We use the third generation of low pressure refrigerant compressor utilizing pure oil-free piston machine, large displacement of 20m³/h,40m³/h and 60m³/h are respectively equivalent to 13, 23 and 33 1HP two-cylinder small recovery machines of the first generation, which are equivalent to the recovery speed of 26, 46 and 66 single-cylinder recovery units, with fast speed and high vacuum degree. Meanwhile, it solves the damaged problem of the heat caused by the scroll compressor, and the vacuum degree can reach -0.09Mpa.
